2026학년도 1학기 외국인 유학생 한국문화체험 참가자 모집

국제협력팀에서는 외국인 유학생의 한국문화 이해와 한국어 학습 동기부여를 위하여 아래와 같이 2026학년도 1학기 문화체험을 시행합니다.

1. 날짜 및 장소 : 2026. 4. 30.(목) 8:40 ~ 02:00 / 용인 에버랜드

2. 일정

3. 제공: 아침(샌드위치), 자유이용권, 식사쿠폰(2장_점심, 저녁), 단체복(바람막이)

4. 신청자격: 본교 유학생(한국어연수, 학부, 대학원, 교환학생, 수료생 포함)

5. 신청기간: 2026. 3. 30.(월) - 2026. 4. 1.(수) 15:00

6. 신청방법: 온라인 구글폼 신청

 7. 합격자 발표: 2026. 4. 3.(금) 17:00

 8. 참가자 선발방법: 2026학년도 1학기 신입생과 재학생(수료생 포함) 구분하여 랜덤 선발

   ※ 2026학년도 1학기 신입생 및 친구추천자를 우선 선발하며, 상기 인원 미달시 랜덤 선발 예정

 9. 선발 일정

※ 상기 일정은 교내 사정에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

10. 주의사항

1) 문화체험 당일 불참석/참가 취소할 경우, 추후 국제협력팀 행사 선발 제외

2) 대학원생은 지도교수 허락을 받은 후 신청

3) 문화체험 당일 수업 결강 사유서 발급 예정이나, 교과목 특성 및 교원 재량에 따라 인정되지 않을 수 있 으므로 반드시 신청 전 교과목 담당 교원에게 공결유형 및 사유 확인 후 신청 바람.

4) 기숙사 거주자는 복귀가 늦어질 수 있는 점 사전 안내(※ 새벽 2시 복귀 예정이나 상황에 따라 더 늦어질 수 있음.)

5) 문화체험에 참가하는 학생은 체험 활동 중 안전관리자와 담당자의 안내 및 지시에 따라야 하며, 이를 따르지 않은 경우 발생하는 모든 사고 및 책임은 학생 본인에게 있습니다.

Recruitment attendants for Korean Cultural Experience in the 2026 Spring Semester

The International Affairs Team will be organizing cultural experiences for foreign students in the 2026 spring semester to promote understanding of Korean culture and motivation for Korean language learning.

1. Date and Location: April 30, 2026 (Thursday) 08:40 - 02:00 / Everland

2. Schedule

3. Offer: Breakfast(sandwich), All-day pass, Meal-coupons(Lunch, Dinner), Group uniform(windbreaker)

4. Eligibility: Open to all international students (including those in undergraduates, graduates, exchange students, Korean Language Program students)

5. Application Period: Until April 1st (Wed), 2026, 3:00 PM

7. Announcement of Successful Applicants: April 3, 2026(Fri), 2026, 5:00 PM

8. Participant Selection Method: Random selection among new students of 2026 Spring Semester, and current students.

※ Priority will be given to new students and students who referred their friends. If there are remaining spots, participants will be selected randomly.

9. Selection Timeline

※ The above schedule is subject to change depending on university circumstances.

10. Caution

1) If you fail to attend/cancel participation on the day of the cultural experience, you will be excluded from future International Affairs Team events.

2) Graduate students must obtain permission from their advisor professor before applying.

3) An excuse letter will be provided for absences on the day of the cultural experience. However, approval is subject to the instructor’s discretion, so please confirm with your instructor before applying.

4) Students who live in dormitory should be aware of the possibility of a late return. (Return is scheduled for around 2:00 AM, but it may be delayed depending on the situation.)

5) Students participating in the cultural experience must follow the instructions and guidance of the safety supervisor and staff. Any accidents or issues that occur due to failure to comply will be the sole responsibility of the student.
